The Gascons have an older home which does not have a garage. They would like to build an addition containing a 3-car garage and additional living space for their growing family. The addition will be two stories, including a 3-car garage and approximately 1,100 sq. ft. of living space. The front of the addition will align with the front of the house. The addition will be for personal use only; no commercial use will be made of the space.
