The Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held November 17, 2016 at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, in the Town of Macedon was called to order by Supervisor Sandy Pagano at 7:30 p.m.

The 2017 Budget Public Hearing continued at 7:38 pm from November 10, 2016

Councilman David Maul reviewed the budget presentation provided at the November 10, 2016 meeting.

RESOLUTION NO. 269 (2016) PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED

RESOLVED the public hearing be closed at 8:27 pm

RESOLUTION NO. 270 (2016) 2017 BUDGET ADOPTED

RESOLVED that the Town of Macedon Budget for the year 2017 be adopted per the attached changes from the preliminary budget.

RESOLVED the Board accepts the resignation for Kathy Cauwels Principal Account Clerk from the Town of Macedon Effective December 9, 2016. The Board would like to thank Kathy for her service to the Town of Macedon.

RESOLVED the Town Board authorizes the Highway Superintendent to order a 2018 Volvo 10-Wheel Dump Truck off state contract not to be expensed until after January 1, 2017.
