The Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held June 23, 2016 at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, in the Town of Macedon was called to order by Supervisor Sandy Pagano at 7:30 p.m.

RESOLVED the Recreation Director is authorized to declare one metal backstop, one metal/mesh combo back stop and one metal goal as surplus equipment. Tabled for July 14, 2016 meeting.

RESOLUTION NO. 134 (2016) CREG GRANT APPLICATION

RESOLVED the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to sign the agreement with J O’Connell and Associates to prepare and submit the CREG Grant Application in the amount of $2500 subject to Attorney approval.

7:50 – Loriann Shura from General Code gave a presentation about the Town Code books

8:12 – Joint meeting – Chuck Bastian from Bernard P. Donegan, Inc gave a brief presentation regarding the Water and Sewer project timeline.

Marty Aman spoke about the Sewer plant operations, maintenance and water capital improvement rates.

7^th Annual Public Safety Golf Tournament will be held on September 17^th. If interested in going please contact Sandy Farbizio.
