The Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held April 6, 2016 at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, in the Town of Macedon and via web at 9770 SW County Road 769, Arcadia, FL 34269 was called to order by Supervisor Sandy Pagano at 6:45 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 79 (2016) ACCOUNTING AUDIT AGREEMENT WITH RAYMOND F. WAGER, CPA, P.C.

RESOLVED the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to sign the agreement with Raymond F. Wager, CPA for services with the AUD and 2015 Financial Audit as budgeted.

RESOLUTION NO. 80 (2016) WAYNE COUNTY WATER AND SEWER AUTHROITY SEWER LEASE AGREEMENT

RESOLVED the Town Board is authorized to sign the lease agreement with the Wayne County Water & Sewer Authority pending Permissive Referendum and subject to exhibits being completed.

RESOLUTION NO. 81 (2016) SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM

BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Macedon, on behalf of Macedon Consolidated Sewer District No. 1 (“District”), is hereby authorized to execute the proposed “Lease Agreement By and Among the Wayne County Water and Sewer Authority, the Town of Macedon, and the Village of Macedon”, whereby the Town agrees to lease to the WCWSA the sewer facilities jointly owned by the Town and the Village, consisting of the structures, machinery, mechanical systems, pipes and equipment, as well as the land underneath said materials, known as the Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 135 Main Street, Village of Macedon, New York, and the pipes and manholes constituting the main sanitary sewer collection pipe, known as the Ganargua Creek Interceptor, together with any easements to access the same, and the separately owned Town Sewer System, including all pumping stations, collection and conveyance systems in the District, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth within said proposed lease agreement, a copy of which is available for public inspection at the Town Clerk’s office; and it is further

RESOLVED, this resolution is adopted subject to a permissive referendum, pursuant to Town Law '198(12)(b), by the qualified voters of the District; and it is further

RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk shall advertise this resolution as subject to permissive referendum in the manner prescribed the New York State Law.
