The Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held March 10, 2016 at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, in the Town of Macedon and via web at 9770 SW County Road 769, Arcadia, FL 34269 was called to order by Supervisor Sandy Pagano at 7:30 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 58 (2016) APPROVAL OF MINUTES

RESOLVED the Board approves the minutes from the March 10, 2016 (regular meeting)

RESOLUTION NO. 59 (2016) ACCOUNT CLERK - CAUWELS

RESOLVED the Board authorizes the title change for Kathy Cauwels from Account Clerk to Principal Account Clerk effective 3/10/16. No pay change is required at this time.

RESOLUTION NO. 62 (2016) MOWING BID ADVERTISING

RESOLVED the Town Clerk is authorizes to advertise for sealed bids for Bullis Park and Canal Greenway mowing on a per trip basis for a two year bid, specs to be provided by the Highway Superintendent and available at the Town Clerk’s office by Monday, March 14, 2016.
