The Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held January 28, 2016 at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, in the Town of Macedon and via web at 59275 Overseas Highway, Marathon, Florida was called to order by Supervisor Sandy Pagano at 7:30 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 37 (2016) BED N BIKER LLC

WHEREAS the Macedon Town Board is in receipt of the a new liquor license application from Bed N Biker, LLC to operate The Handlebar Café located at 3125 Kettering Road, Macedon, New York and

WHEREAS the Macedon Town Board has no objections

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Town Board waives the 30 day period in regard to their liquor license notification and authorizes the Supervisor to notify the State Liquor Authority.

RESOLUTION NO. 38 (2016) PALMYRA-MACEDON CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT AGREEMENT

RESOLVED that the Supervisor be authorized to sign the agreement between the Palmyra-Macedon school district and the Town of Macedon to provide a variety of recreational and physical activities for Palmyra-Macedon students. Discussion was tabled for next board meeting 2/11/16.

RESOLUTION NO. 39 (2016) GIS IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES

RESOLVED the Board approves Clough Harbour Project 27552 EWA #6 regarding hosting and annual maintenance of the Town GIS mapping system from 9/1/15 through 12/31/16, at a cost of $3,500 to be expensed from B8010.402, and authorizes the Supervisor to sign the contract.
