The Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held November 12, 2015 at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, in the Town of Macedon was called to order by Supervisor William H. Hammond at 7:30 p.m.

RESOLVED the Town Board schedule a public hearing on December 10, 2015 at 7:45pm to hear public comments on proposed Local Law No. 4 (2015) entitled a local law to amend the procedures and requirements for the issuance of Special Use Permits for Telecommunications Towers.

RESOLVED that Officer Stephen MacNeal be hired at a job rate of $56,222 effective November 5, 2015.

RESOLUTION NO. 303 (2015) PALMYRA-MACEDON CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT

WHEREAS through the generosity of the Honorable Michael F. Nozzolio, Senator, 54^th Senate District, the Palmyra-Macedon Central School District was awarded funding for support of a law enforcement partnership;

WHEREAS the Palmyra-Macedon Central School District has awarded $10,000 to the Town of Macedon, 32 Main Street, Macedon, New York 14502;

BE IT RESOLVED that the funds be accepted and utilized under the direction of Chief Colella;

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Town Board hereby authorizes the Chief of Police to sign an agreement between the Palmyra-Macedon Central School District and the Town of Macedon to provide services for the period December 1, 2015 – through June 30, 2016.

RESOLUTION NO. 304 (2015) TOWN CLERK AND TOWN COURT AUDITS

WHEREAS the Town of Macedon received four (4) audit quotes for the audits of the Macedon Town Clerk and the Macedon Town Court for fiscal years ending 12/31/2013 and 12/31/2014, the bid is awarded to Raymond F. Wager, CPA, P.C. in the amount of $7500.00, as his firm was considered to be the lowest responsible bidder.

Roundtable:

Resident Renee Herrmann asked if the Town could do anything about requesting that the Village Fire Department and South Macedon be dual toned for fire calls. Mrs. Herrmann expressed her concern that there was a fire alarm at the Palmyra-Macedon Elementary School and all that showed up for the call was one fireman and the Macedon Village Tahoe no additional firemen or fire truck. The Board suggested to Mrs. Herrmann to contact Palmyra-Macedon Superintendent Dr. Ike.

RESOLUTION NO. 305 (2015) EXECUTIVE SESSION

RESOLVED the Board enter Executive Session at 8:30 p.m. to discuss litigation
