The Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held May 7, 2015 at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, in the Town of Macedon was called to order by Supervisor William HHammond at 7:30 p.m.

RESOLVED the Board approves the minutes of April 23, 2015 (Regular Meeting) and April 30, 2015 (Special Meeting) as presented.

RESOLUTION NO. 118 (2015) APPROVAL OF REPORTS

RESOLVED the Board approves the reports as submitted.

RESOLUTION NO. 119 (2015) LINSTAR BODY CAMERA – POLICE DEPARTMENT

BE IT RESOLVED that the Chief of Police is authorized to proceed with ordering (8) Prima Facie Body Cameras with accessories as per the attached quotation. The total project cost is $5,444.10 under NYS OGS Contract #PT-63106, to be expensed from AF3120.200 at no expense to the Macedon Tax payers

RESOLUTION NO. 120 (2015) YOUTH SPORTS ACCIDENT INSURANCE APPLICATION

BE IT RESOLVED the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to sign 2015 Accident application for each classification program in the Recreation department

Roundtable:

*Richard Roets

· Waiting for the playground equipment pricing to replace some of the equipment that is at Bullis Park

· Highway is finishing up on the Wilson Road clean up

· Installing of underground pipe at the Public Safety Building is underway and should be completed the week of May 11^th

*Sandra Pagano

· The Red Shed on the old McLouth homestead will be moved to Bullis Park. The shed is a historical shed and believed to be the workshop for the old trolley that went through Macedon

*David Maul

· Appearance of Bullis Park is looking very nice

*Dave McEwen

· The three (3) Welcome to Macedon signs are up

*William Murray – One Macedon – stated that the informational meeting regarding the Village Dissolution will be May 11^th, 6:30 pm at the Macedon Intermediate School.

RESOLUTION NO. 121 (2015) EXECUTIVE SESSION

RESOLVED the Board enter Executive Session at 8:10 p.m. to discuss personnel.

RESOLVED the bills be paid as audited.
