The Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held January 22, 2015 at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, in the Town of Macedon and via web at 59275 Overseas Highway, Marathon, Florida was called to order by Supervisor William H. Hammond at 7:30 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 39 (2015) ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS – ROSATI

RESOLVED the Town Board appoints Anthony Rosati to the Zoning Board of Appeals term to expire in 2019.

RESOLUTION NO. 40 (2015) RESIGNATION OF TOWN HIGHWAY - CAMBLIN

RESOLVED the Board accepts the resignation of William Camblin from the Town of Macedon Highway effective January 23, 2015.

RESOLUTION NO. 41 (2015) PT SEASONAL HIGHWAY APPOINTMENT

RESOLVED the Town Board appoints David Braman to the position of part time seasonal winter plowing and part time seasonal spring/summer mowing. Hourly winter hour wage to be $21.22 and hourly spring/summer wage to be $13.01 effective January 22, 2015.

RESOLUTION NO. 42 (2015) PERSONNEL – RECREATION DIRECTOR

RESOLVED the Board appoints Casey O’Connor as full-time Recreation Director at the rate of $35,000 annually effective February 1, 2015

RESOLUTION NO. 43 (2015) 7:45 PUBLIC HEARING - LAKEVIEW HEALTH SYSTEMS – SPECIAL USE PERMIT

The Town Board of the Town of Macedon will hold a public hearing for the purpose of comments from the public in regards to a Special Use Permit Application from Lakeview Health Systems to construct a 60 unit multi-family apartment building in a general commercial district for or against the granting of the application.

RESOLUTION NO. 44 (2015) READING OF LEGAL NOTICE WAIVED

RESOLVED the Town Board waive reading of the legal notice published in the December 31, 2014 issue of the Times.
