(2014) LAKEVIEW HEALTH SYSTEMS
RESOLVED, the Town Board
refers the application by Lakeview Health Systems for a Special Use Permit to
construct a Residential Apartment Housing project to the Town and County
Planning Boards for their advisory reviews.

(2014) LAKEVIEW HEALTH SYSTEMS LEAD AGENCY PURSUANT TO SEQRA
RESOLVED, the Town Board
declares it’s intent to act as the Lead Agency
pursuant to SEQRA for the Lakeview Health Systems proposed Residential
Apartment Housing Project, and authorizes the Town Engineer to send out
appropriate notifications to any identified involved and interested agencies.
