The Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held July 24, 2014 at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, in the Village of Macedon was called to order by Supervisor William H. Hammond at 7:30 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 197 (2014) APPROVAL OF MINUTES

RESOLVED the Board approves the minutes of July 10, 2014 as presented.

RESOLUTION NO. 198 (2014) PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING HALLWAY QUOTE AWARDED

WHEREAS the Town of Macedon obtained 3 quotes relating to the Public Safety Building hallway

BE IT RESOLVED the Town Board award contract with Robert Dentico, low bidder, in the amount of $3,595.00 for work related to public safety building hallway as recommended by Town Engineer to be expensed from A1620.400.

RESOLUTION NO. 199 (2014) PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT REPAIRS AT BULLIS PARK

RESOLVED the Board approves the repairs to playground equipment at Bullis Park not to exceed $6200.00 to be expensed from account TE7110.200.

The board discussed library flooring options.

Discussion followed on the ambulance dual toning.

Excellus will be holding a meeting at the Log Cabin July 16, August 13, and September 10, 2014 to discuss supplemental insurance. Model Airplane Show & Open House will be held August 23 & 24 from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. located at 2529 Macedon Center Road with concession proceeds going to the Macedon Town Ambulance.
