The Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held November 21, 2013 at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, in the Town of Macedon was called to order by Supervisor William H. Hammond at 7:30 p.m.

RESOLVED the Town Board enter Executive Session at 7:30 p.m. to discuss litigation.

HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED

RESOLUTION NO. 300 (2013) OPEN SESSION

RESOLVED the Town Board return to Open Session at 9:25.
