The Special Board Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held September 4, 2013 at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, in the Town of Macedon was called to order by Supervisor William H. Hammond at 5:30.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 202 (13) ADDENDUM FOR BULLIS PROPERTY

RESOLVED the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to sign the addendum for the Bullis property as prepared by the town Attorney.

ROLL CALL VOTE: KENYON AYE, MAUL AYE, MCEWEN AYE, PAGANO AYE, HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED

RESOLUTION NO.203 (13) EXECUTIVE SESSION

RESOLVED the Board enter Executive Session at 7:10 p.m. to discuss Litigation.

MOTION BY MCEWEN, SECONDED BY HAMMOND

ROLL CALL VOTE: KENYON AYE, MAUL AYE, MCEWEN AYE, PAGANO AYE, HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED

RESOLUTION NO. 204 (13) OPEN SESSION

RESOLVED the Board return to Open Session at 7:20 p.m.
