DEDICATION
WHEREAS William E. Eddy
served the Town of Macedon as Town Councilman from January 1, 1978 to December
31, 1999 and Town Supervisor from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2001 and

Town Board expresses its great regret of the passing of William Eddy and

2013 and authorize the Supervisor to sign said agreement pending Town Attorney
approval.

RESOLUTION NO. 37 (2013) DAMATO RATE OF PAY
BE IT RESOLVED, as the Chief
of Police has verified Probationary Police Officer Thomas DAmato has
successfully completed his post academy probationary period, his rate of pay
shall reflect a change from his current $12.00 per hour rate to the normal at
will Part-Time Police Officer rate of $16.00 per hour.
