A Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held May12, 2011 at the Town Offices, 32 Main Street in the Village of Macedon, was called to order by Supervisor William Hammond at 7:30 P.M.

RESOLUTION NO. 106 (11) CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER ADVERTISING

RESOLVED the Town Clerk is authorized to advertise for the position of part-time Code Enforcement Officer.

RESOLUTION NO. 107 AMBULANCES BID AWARDED

DECLARE that bid by North Eastern Rescue Vehicle, Inc. as lowest conforming purchase offer for bid amounts, (2) 2010 Diesel Citimedies, ( $140,000 after all trade-ins) and authorize Supervisor to execute purchase.

ROUNDTABLE

Councilperson McEwen has data from 3 different Towns, for the Planning Board to review the architectural standards, to plan how to implement for the Route 31 Corridor development.

Chief Colella reported that the Court has received an OCA Grant and would like to install cameras in the Court corridor and parking lot.

Chief Colella also reported that the Pill Take Back Program was a huge success. Macedon took in 44 lbs. of pills and Wayne County took in a total of 350 lbs.

RESOLUTION NO. 108 (11) EXECUTIVE SESSION

RESOLVED the Board enters Executive Session at 8:30 P.M. to discuss personnel.
