A Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held July 13, 2006 at the Town Offices, 32 Main Street in the Village of Macedon, was called to order by Supervisor William Hammond at 7:30 P.M.

RESOLUTION NO. 153 (06) FARM AND RANCH LANDS
PROTECTION PROGRAM COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT - WEBER
RESOLVED
the Town Board approves the final version of the cooperative agreement for the
Farm and Ranch Lands Protection Program (FRPP) for the pending conservation
easement on the Weber Farm Agreement No. 68-2C31-6-917 and authorizes the
Supervisor to sign said agreement.

RESOLVED the Town Board hereby declares a Negative Declaration on the Town of Macedon’s proposal to grant an egress easement to the Pal-Mac CSD for the purposes of allowing school buses to exit the adjacent school property onto NYS Route 31 via the Town’s existing driveway access for the Town Hall and Library.
