A Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held September 8, 2005 at the Town Offices, 32 Main Street in the Village of Macedon, was called to order by Supervisor William Hammond at 7:30 P.M.

Robert Relph, President of the Relph Benefit Advisors reviewed the status of the Wayne County Health Care Trust. A copy of his preliminary proposal is attached. Peter Stirpe, Wayne County Personnel Officer was also in attendance.

RESOLVED the Board approves the minutes of August 11, 2005 with the following correction: Page 2 should read Rayne & David Benz.

RESOLVED the Town Board set Saturday, October 15, 2005 for the Budget Workshop from 7 a.m. to 12 noon.

NAWROCKI AYE, HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED

RESOLVED that a public hearing be set for October 27, 2005 at 7:35 p.m. prevailing time at the Macedon Town Hall for the purpose of obtaining public comment on the proposed fire protection agreement between the Town of Macedon and the Macedon Center Volunteer Firemen's Association for fire protections services for the year 2006.

RESOLVED that a public hearing be set for October 27, 2005 at 7:50 p.m. prevailing time at the Macedon Town hall for the purpose of obtaining public comment on the proposed fire protection agreement and town-wide ambulance coverage between the Village of Macedon and the Town of Macedon for the year 2006.

RESOLVED the public hearing be set for October 27, 2005 at 8:20 PM prevailing time at the Macedon Town Hall for the purpose of obtaining public comment on the preliminary 2005 budget for the Town of Macedon and directs the Clerk to publish notice of said hearing.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Macedon Town Board agrees to support the Assessor in participation in the Annual Reassessment Program; and

RESOLVED that the Board authorizes the Supervisor to sign the Annual Reassessment Aid Program Application along with the Assessor.
