An Emergency Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held May 18, 2005 at the Town Offices, 32 Main Street, in the Village of Macedon, was called to order by Supervisor William H. Hammond at 7:05 p.m.

Upon Roll Call, the following members of the Board were present:

Councilperson………………David McEwen

Absent: Councilperson…………..…David Maul

Also Present: Highway Superintendent….Richard Roets

RESOLVED the Supervisor be authorized to sign the Clough Harbour Project No. 12285 contract for additional construction inspection/oversight and administration services for drainage improvements along Quaker Road for a total cost of $2,500.

MOTION BY HAMMOND, SECONDED BY NAWROCKI

ROLL CALL VOTE: KENYON AYE, MAUL ABSENT, MC EWEN AYE,

NAWROCKI AYE, HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED

RESOLVED the Supervisor be authorized to sign the Marcy Excavation Co., Inc. Change Order No. 2 Clough Harbour Project No. 12285 for diversion drain extension along Quaker Road for a total cost of $11,450.

ROLL CALL VOTE: KENYON AYE, MAUL ABSENT, MC EWEN AYE,

NAWROCKI AYE, HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED

RESOLVED the Town Board appoints Chris Barkum, Kristen Remillard and James Youngman to the Temporary Part-Time posiiton of Parks Persons effective 5/19/05 at a rate of $9.00 per hour.
