David Maul stated that usually after a Public Hearing the policy has been to wait until next meeting to vote, however since there has been no objections to the rezoning he feels ready to vote now. Dave asked Kim Thompson from Laker Development if anyone had approached them with any interest on this property. She said no that they were simply bringing the land in compliance with the Master Plan and make the land more marketable.
