The Emergency Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held May 4, 2001 at 30 Main Street at the picnic table on the west side of the structure, in the Village of Macedon, was called to order by Supervisor William E. Eddy at 6:30 p.m.

The following members of the Board were present:

Town Attorney Villani reviewed the lease option with LBK Associates to lease 1033 Pittsford-Palmyra Road.  The Attorney discussed several concerns with the Board.  The Attorney will request the 20 page lease agreement be reduced to 2-3 pages and review terms with LBK Associates.

RESOLUTION NO. 145 (01)  LBK ASSOCIATES LEASE
Based on the emergency the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to enter into a lease option agreement with LBK Associates, LLC, the form and content will be subject to Town Attorney approval and subject to Town Board approval as to amount of lease and option.

Councilperson Kenyon entered at 6:45 p.m.

The Town Board, ZBA and Planning Board will meet at the Macedon Elementary Cafeteria temporarily.

The Town Board toured the Town Complex Building.

RESOLUTION NO. 146 (01)   HOUSE SECTION DRYERS AUTHORIZED
RESOLVED the Town Board authorizes Paul Davis Restoration to proceed with dryers to stop any further damage or deterioration and decision to keep the building will be made at a later date.

Kim Leonard informed the Board that Turk Hill Park, LLC had office space available at 1675 North Wayneport Road.  Cedar Creek has offered space.
