TOWN OF MACEDON
PLANNING BOARD
January 3, 2018
PRESENT: Vice-Chairman Merton Bartels, Suzanne Airy, Greg Whitney, Kevin Rooney and Mark McEwen. Also present was Town Engineer Scott Allen. Absent were Chairman Doug Allen, Tom Morrison, Town Councilman David McEwen, and Board Clerk Brandi Schutt.
Vice Chairman Bartels called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
Motion made by Kevin Rooney to waive the reading of the legal notice, seconded by Suzanne Airy. All in favor; motion carried.
PB-21-17 – GPS 2 LLC – Brixton Dr./Canandaigua Rd./Victor Rd.
Motion made by Kevin Rooney to open the public hearing, seconded by Greg Whitney. All in favor; motion carried.
No one present to speak in favor or against.
Motion made by Kevin Rooney to close the public hearing, seconded by Greg Whitney. All in favor; motion carried.
OLD BUSINESS:
PB-21-17 – GPS 2 LLC – Brixton Dr./Canandaigua Rd./Victor Rd.
Angelo Prestigiacomo and Mike Viscosi, the applicant, were present to address the board. Town Engineer Scott Allen explained that the application is for splitting an 80 acre lot into two parcels. Parcel two will be about 65 acres and parcel one will be around 15 acres and retained by the applicant.
Motion made by Kevin Rooney to issue a negative declaration on SEQRA, seconded by Greg Whitney. All in favor; motion carried.
Motion made by Kevin Rooney to grant residential site plan and subdivision approval, seconded by Suzanne Airy. All in favor; motion carried.
MINUTES:
A motion to approve the 11-06-17 & 11-20-17 minutes was made by Greg Whitney, seconded by Kevin Rooney. All in favor; minutes approved.
ADJOURNMENT:
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Kevin Rooney, seconded by Merton Bartels. All in favor; meeting adjourned at 7:36 p.m.
