PLANNING BOARD
September 6, 2017
PRESENT: Vice Chairman Mert Bartels, members Suzanne Airy, Tom Morrison, Kevin Rooney and Greg Whitney. Also present were Town Councilman David McEwen, Town Engineer Scott Allen. Absent were Doug Allen and Mark McEwen.
Vice Chairman Bartels called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
Motion made by Kevin Rooney to waive the reading of the legal notice, seconded by Greg Whitney. All in favor (Allen and McEwen absent); motion carried.

Mike Greene from Greene Land Surveying representing applicant present. Mr. Greene informed board that this is a simple realty subdivision taking 50 feet of property off of their parcel, and adding it to the neighbors. The board had no concerns with the proposal.
Motion made by Kevin Rooney to issue a negative declaration on SEQRA, second by Suzanne Airy. All in favor (Allen and McEwen absent); motion carried.

Mike Greene from Greene Land Surveying representing applicant present. Mr. Greene informed board that this is a residential site plan approval to construct a single family home. The plan is essentially unchanged from the approved Sketch Plan. The board had no concerns with the proposal.

Mike Greene from Greene Land Surveying representing applicant present. Mr. Greene informed board that this is a residential site plan approval to construct a single family home. This lot is directly adjacent to the Moose lot previously considered. The plan is also essentially unchanged from the approved Sketch Plan. The board had no concerns with the proposal.

Mike Greene from Greene Land Surveying representing applicant present. Mr. Greene informed board that this is a residential site plan approval to construct a single family home. This lot is located just south of the main farmhouse on the top of the hill on Wiedrick Road. The plan has been modified since the Sketch Plan to indicate a different orientation of the house on the property. The board had no concerns with the proposal.
Motion made by Kevin Rooney to issue a negative declaration on SEQRA, second by Tom Morrison. All in favor (Allen and McEwen absent, Airy abstain); motion carried.

A motion to approve the 08-21-17 minutes was made by Suzanne Airy, seconded by Greg Whitney. All in favor (Allen & McEwen absent); minutes approved.
