TOWN OF MACEDON

PLANNING BOARD

June 20, 2016

PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen and members Suzanne Airy, Mark McEwen, Tom Morrison and Kevin Rooney. Also present were Town Councilman David McEwen, Town Engineer Scott Allen and Board Clerk Susan Bush. Absent were Mert Bartels and Greg Whitney.

Chairman Allen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

OLD BUSINESS:

PB-05-16 – Izzo/Premier Retail – 1635 Commons Parkway – Commercial site plan & one-lot realty subdivision – Preliminary & final – Board members reviewed this plan for mini-storage buildings. The applicant would like to develop this project in phases, beginning with two (2) buildings of the ten (10) planned at full build-out. Board members discussed several points: Storm water handling; multiple uses on one property vs. subdivision; utility/access easements, etc. Town Engineer Allen will contact the applicant for clarification.

MINUTES:

A motion to approve the 06-06-16 minutes was made by Mark McEwen, seconded by Suzanne Airy. All in favor (Bartels, Whitney absent); minutes approved.

ADJOURNMENT:

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Tom Morrison, seconded by Kevin Rooney. All in favor (Bartels, Whitney absent); meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
