PLANNING BOARD

June 22, 2015

PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen, members Suzanne Airy, Mert Bartels, Kevin Rooney and Greg Whitney. Also present was Board Clerk Susan Bush. Absent were Mark McEwen, Tom Morrison, Town Engineer Scott Allen and Town Councilman David McEwen.

Chairman Allen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

NEW BUSINESS/LOG-IN:

PB-05-15 – Lakeview Health Services – Route 31 – Site plan for multiple family housing – Log-in – Board members briefly reviewed this site plan submission.

MINUTES:

A motion to approve the 06-08-15 minutes was made by Mert Bartels, seconded by Kevin Rooney. All in favor (McEwen & Morrison absent); minutes approved.

ADJOURNMENT:

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Suzanne Airy, seconded by Mert Bartels. All in favor (McEwen & Morrison absent); meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
