TOWN OF MACEDON

PLANNING BOARD

June 10, 2013

PRESENT: Vice Chairman Mert Bartels and members Suzanne Airy, Mark McEwen, Tom Morrison and Greg Whitney. Also present were Town Councilman David McEwen, Town Engineer Scott Allen and Board Clerk Susan Bush. Absent were Chairman Doug Allen and Kevin Rooney.

Vice Chairman Bartels called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

ZBA REFERRALS:

Z-05-13 – Muccigrosso – 1446 Erie Street Road – Area Variance – Section 135-61-B-5 – Accessory structure in front yard – Board gave a positive referral.

Z-06-13 – Cody – 3248 Walworth Road – Area Variance – Section 135-61-B-5 & Section 135 Schedule I – Accessory structure in side yard & side setback – Board gave a negative referral.

MINUTES:

The 04-11-13 minutes could not be approved due to lack of correct quorum.

ADJOURNMENT:

A motion to adjourn was made by Greg Whitney, seconded by Suzanne Airy. All in favor; meeting adjourned at 7:36 p.m.
