TOWN OF MACEDON

PLANNING BOARD

June 11, 2012

PRESENT: Chairman Douglas Allen, members Suzanne Airy, Mert Bartels, Mark McEwen, Tom Morrison, Kevin Rooney and Greg Whitney. Also present were Councilman David McEwen, Town Engineer Scott Allen and Board Clerk Susan Bush.

Chairman Allen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

NEW BUSINESS:

PB-07-12 – Edler – Walworth Road – One-lot subdivision & residential site plan – Log-in & Sketch – Bob Seeley of Shelley Associates was present on behalf of the applicant. This proposal is for a one-lot subdivision (1.05 acres) from a 49.8 acre parcel with a single-family residence on the new lot. A motion to grant sketch plan approval was made by Mark McEwen, seconded by Suzanne Airy. All in favor; motion carried.

ZBA REFERRALS:

Z-09-12 – Hansen (Marvin) – 1005 Victor Road – Interpretation – It was the Planning Board’s opinion that the original site plan approval is valid, and the permit applicant should proceed with building the house.

Z-10-12 – Turner (Marvin) – 1005 Victor Road – Interpretation – It was the Planning Board’s opinion that the original site plan approval is valid, and the permit applicant should proceed with building the house.

MINUTES:

A motion to approve the 05-14-12 minutes was made by Mert Bartels, seconded by Suzanne Airy. All in favor; minutes approved.
