PLANNING BOARD
May 10, 2010
PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen, members Suzanne Airy, Mert Bartels, Mark McEwen, Tom Morrison, Kevin Rooney & Greg Whitney. Also present were Town Councilman David McEwen, Town Engineer Scott Allen and Board Clerk Susan Bush.
Chairman Allen called the meeting to order at 7:33 p.m. A motion to waive reading the Legal Notice was made by Kevin Rooney, seconded by Mert Bartels. All in favor; motion carried.
PUBLIC HEARING:
PB-05-10 – Sapp –
OLD BUSINESS:
PB-05-10 – Sapp – 1303 Victor Road – One-lot realty
subdivision & residential site plan – Preliminary & final – Applicant
Fred Sapp began his comments by saying he has accepted a purchase offer on the
entire property at 1303 Victor Road, and if the transaction is completed, he
will withdraw this request. However,
should the transaction not be completed, he will proceed with the
subdivision. Board then discussed the
application and asked for clarification on the location of the existing septic
system for
ZBA REFERRALS:
Z-02-10 – Johnson – 2894 Daansen Road – Area Variance – Section 135-61-B-5 – Shed located in front yard – Board would prefer to see the shed placed in the rear yard in compliance with Town Code.
Z-03-10 – Sacco

A motion to approve the 04-12-10 minutes was made by Mert Bartels, seconded by Suzanne Airy. All in favor; minutes approved.
