TOWN OF MACEDON

PLANNING BOARD

March 24, 2008

PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen, members Suzanne Airy, Mert Bartels, Mark McEwen, Tom Morrison and Kevin Rooney. Also present were Councilman Ken Nawrocki, Town Engineer Scott Allen and Board Clerk Susan Bush. Absent was Brian Gagne.

Chairman Allen called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.

OLD BUSINESS:

PB-14-07 – Spectra Group – Route 31/North Wilson Road – Realty subdivision & commercial site plan – Andy Hart of Bergmann Associates was present to review new elevations for the Goodwill building. He presented samples of the material to be used for fencing and exterior ducts. Both products are colored during manufacturing and will not require additional painting. Questions were raised about the roof/rear gutter system. Mr. Hart will clarify these points at the next meeting.

Robert Murphy was present on behalf of the applicant during SEQR review. Town Engineer Scott Allen will draft the results prior to the public hearing (April 14^th).

OTHER BUSINESS:

As part of MS4 training, Board members reviewed two videos, Storm Water Pollution Prevention for Construction Sites and Municipal Storm Water Pollution Prevention.

MINUTES:

A motion to approve the 02-25-08 minutes was made by Kevin Rooney, seconded by Suzanne Airy. All in favor; minutes approved.

A motion to approve the 03-10-08 minutes was made by Kevin Rooney, seconded by Suzanne Airy. All in favor; minutes approved.

ADJOURNMENT:

A motion to adjourn was made by Suzanne Airy, seconded by Tom Morrison. All in favor; meeting adjourned at 9:23 p.m.
