PLANNING BOARD

October 9, 2006

PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen, members Suzanne Airy, Mert Bartels, Mark McEwen and Tom Morrison. Also present were Town Engineer Scott Allen and Board Clerk Susan Bush. Absent were Brian Gagne, Kevin Rooney and Councilman Ken Nawrocki.

Chairman Allen called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.

NEW BUSINESS:

PB-13-06 – Lense – Walworth Road – Single-family residential site plan – Sketch – Design engineer Mike Sponable and surveyor Mike Greene were present to explain this application. Perc and deep-hole tests have been done. Due to elevation, driveway grade (cannot exceed 12%) and water pressure were reviewed. Driveway grade is within limit, and Mr. Sponable will provide the water pressure calculations to the Town Engineer prior to final approval. A motion for sketch plan approval was made by Tom Morrison, seconded by Mert Bartels. All in favor; motion carried.

MINUTES:

Motion made by Mark McEwen, seconded by Suzanne Airy, to approve the 09-25-06 minutes. All in favor; minutes approved.
