PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen, members Mert Bartels, Tom Ferreri, Brian Gagne, Mark McEwen, Tom Morrison and Kevin Rooney. Also present was Town Engineer Scott Allen. Absent was Councilman Ken Nawrocki.

Chairman Allen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

PB-18-05 - Parkwood Heights, LLC - Parkwood Drive - Site plan - Two-family residential cottage - Mark Welker of Parkwood Heights was present to explain this application. They would like to build rental "cottages" to complement the patio homes and apartments now available at Parkwood Heights. Most of the cottages will be duplexes, slab-on-grade construction. Each unit will be 1,200+ sq. ft. with a one-car garage. The same amenities provided to the apartment tenants, i.e., meals, housekeeping, etc., will be included in the cottage rent. Plan before the Board is for one cottage, which will be used as a model.

PB-17-05 - LeBarron/Uetz - 1809 Barnes Road - One-lot realty subdivision

PB-11-05 - DeHollander - Pannell Road - Subdivision & single-family residential site plans - 3 lots - Board discussed drainage issues, and the proposal that has been presented to Mr. DeHollander. Board members felt acceptance of this proposal should be a condition of final approval.

Motion made by Brian Gagne, seconded by Mert Bartels, to approve the 10-24-05 minutes. All in favor; minutes approved. Motion made by Kevin Rooney, seconded by Tom Ferreri, to approve the 11-14-05 minutes. All in favor; minutes approved.
