PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen, members Mert Bartels, Brian Gagne, Mark McEwen and Kevin Rooney. Also present were Town Councilman Ken Nawrocki and Town Engineer Scott Allen. Absent were Tom Ferreri and Tom Morrison.

Chairman Allen called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.

Z-14-04 – Hilton – Walworth Road – Area Variance – Section 135-47 – New single-family residence without required garage – Board gave a negative referral. They felt granting this would be setting an unfavorable precedent.

Town Engineer Scott Allen gave an overview of the proposed renovation of the Breen's/Hoo-Ha's building on Route 31 as Filer's Motorsports (sales & service of ATV's & snowmobiles).

Motion to approve the 8-23-04 minutes made by Mert Bartels, seconded by Brian Gagne. All in favor; minutes approved. The 9-13-04 minutes could not be approved due to lack of proper quorum.

Motion to adjourn made by Kevin Rooney, seconded by Mark McEwen. Meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
