PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen, members Mert Bartels, Tom Ferreri, Brian Gagne and Mark McEwen. Also present were Councilman Ken Nawrocki and Town Engineer Scott Allen. Absent were members Tom Morrison and Kevin Rooney.

Chairman Allen called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m.

PB-05-04 – Messerschmidt – Fawn Drive – Site Plan – Sketch – Single Family Residence – Alfred Messerschmidt was present to explain his request for site plan approval on an existing lot (5+ acres). Original subdivision of Fawn Drive was seven (7) lots with six (6) being approved for building. As a result of a bankruptcy, Mr. Messerschmidt has acquired the properties and is now seeking approval on the remaining lot. The need for a homeowners association was discussed with the consensus that eight (8) lots were the cut-off point for this requirement. This is the last possible lot on Fawn Drive; therefore, seven (7) lots would be the maximum developed. Motion made by Tom Ferreri, seconded by Mert Bartels, to grant sketch plan approval. All in favor; motion carried.

Parkwood Heights – Section 3: This is the final section of single family, patio homes. Sketch plan approval and SEQR have already been done. Final approval now needs to be done. Public Hearing will be scheduled.

Due to lack of correct quorum, 4-12-04 and 4-26-04 minutes could not be approved.
