PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen, members Mert Bartels, Tom Ferreri, Tom Morrison, Kevin Rooney. Also present was Councilman Ken Nawrocki. Absent were members Brian Gagne & Mark McEwen and Town Engineer Scott Allen.

Chairman Allen called the meeting to order at 7:28 p.m.

PB-05-04 – Messerschmidt – Fawn Drive – Sketch Site Plan – Single family residence.

Z-04-04 – VanEtten – 2157 Barnes Road – Section 135-61-A – Garage larger than allowed by Code – Board consensus was a positive referral with clarification on dimensions and possible height variance.

Due to lack of proper quorum, 4-12-04 minutes could not be approved.

Motion to adjourn made by Kevin Rooney, seconded by Tom Ferreri. Meeting adjourned at 7:56 p.m.
