Present: Scott Allen, Doug Allen, Tom Ferreri, Howard Jordan, Mert Bartels and Town Councilman Bill Hammond. Absent were Planning Board Members Tom Morrison and Brian Gagne, also absent was Code Enforcement Officer Mario Fioravanti and MRB Agent Mike Simon.
Chairman, Scott Allen at 7:30pm, called the meeting to order.
OLD BUSINESS
Nearing / Magog Rd / 1 Lot Site Plan
Dave Matthews of Matthews Consulting was present to question the easement
process concerning this project. This application was granted final
approval contingent on the review for the need of easement by Dick Roets.
Dick Roets stated that an easement would be favorable and therefor MRB
is questioning if they should sign the final plan prior to the easement
being in place. After discussion of the easement procedures it was
determined because of the late notification of this process to Dave Matthews
that MRB would be asked to sign the plan prior to the easements being in
place and that Dave would submit the easement information as soon as possible.
Dave Matthews noted that this effected his costs and Bill Hammond offered
to take the additional cost to the Town Board for payment consideration.
