MEMBERS PRESENT included: Chairman, Scott Allen, Tom Morrison, Mert Bartels, Brian Gagne, Howard Jordan and Councilman Bill Hammond. Absent were planning board members Tom Ferreri and Doug Allen, Code Enforcement Officer Mario Fioravanti and MRB Agent Mike Simon.
Chairman, Scott Allen, called the meeting to order at 7:37 p.m.
OLD BUSINESS
Art Parts Signs / Prudential Rochester Realty / Signs
Art Parts Signs is requesting three signs for the new Prudential Rochester
Realty location in Macedon Commons. The Zoning Board of Appeals has
already granted a variance for this request. A motion to approve
this application was made by Brian Gagne, seconded by Howard Jordan, all
in favor.
Donn Calabrese - Fairport Harbor / Wayneport Rd / Rezoning Application
- Referral to Town Board
After discussion the planning board decided to ask the Town Board for
a 90 day extension to make this referral to review the following items:
wetland stakeout, survey, traffic study, overall drainage study (pond),
lighting and sidewalks, and that the plans meet town codes for cul-de-sacs.
A motion was made by Brian Gagne to ask for this extension based on the
above, seconded by Tom Morrison, all in favor.
Baldwin Richardson Foods / 3268 Blue Heron View / 1 Lot Site Plan for
Expansion of Existing Business
After discussion at the previous meeting, the applicant was present
to request preliminary and final approval on this application. A
motion to made a negative declaration on the SEQR for Baldwin Richardson
Foods was made by Mert Bartels, seconded by Howard Jordan, all in favor.
A motion to grant preliminary and final approval subject to the resolution
of the 50' clear setback satisfactory to NYS Building Code prior to the
issuance of a building permit was made by Tom Morrison, seconded by Brian
Gagne, all in favor.
